9.3 How to bid
9.3.1 Before bidding, any potential new bidder must agree with Bidvaluable online
auctioneers Bidding Terms. The bank, trade, or other financial references for
substantiating the registration may be requested before bidding.
9.3.2 When making a bid, a bidder is accepting personal liability to pay the
purchase price. The price contains but not limited, the buyer premium, all applicable
taxes, and all other applicable charges. Unless the bidder is acting as agent on behalf
of an identified third party and the agreed written note has been accepted by
Bidvaluable online auctions platform before the commencement of the sale. And
Bidvaluable agree to only look to the principal for payment.
9.3.3 Before submitting items’ information, vendor must make sure the correction

9.3.4 For overseas’ buyer, Bidvaluable auctions and markets has rights asking
users to fill up the Overseas Bidding Form.
9.3.5 For reserves, the reserve is the lowest selling price of lot raised by the
seller and confirmed with Bidvaluable in the consignment auction contract. Unless
otherwise indicated or explained by Bidvaluable, all lots will not be sold if the
confidential minimum price is below the reserve. The auctioneer may place a bid on
behalf of the Vendor.
9.3.6 To place a reserve on any lot and to advance the bidding according to a

9.4 Buyers’ liability
Bidvaluable retains the right to use all publicly published delivered works for
Bidvaluable marketing, social media and promotional purposes. Buyers may request a
specific service from Post Requested services.
9.4.1 Subject to any reserve price, the Buyer shall be the highest bidder. The
Auctioneer, who may at any time at the absolute discretion and regardless of the fall of
the hammer shall settle either re-open the bidding or withdraw the Lot from sale. The
Auctioneer shall make the final decision.
9.4.2 Attention, you are entering into a legally enforceable contractual agreement
once you start making a bid. Do not bid on a lot unless you are willing and able to pay

9.5 Sellers rights

self-promotion may achieve greater customer satisfaction. If sellers deliver on time and
maintain high quality and ratings, Bidvaluable may reward them with special
opportunities, benefits, and tools that come with it. For sellers who cannot maintain
their high-quality service, experience a severe drop in ratings, or stop delivering on
time risk losing their seller status and the benefits that come with it. For instance,
late deliveries, warnings to the seller’s account and cancellations can cause a seller
to move to a different level. Ensuring sellers providing high-quality professionalism,
we will take regular checking and evaluating eligible sellers. Bidvaluable reserves the
rights to remove sellers. The other sellers’ rights listed below,
9.5.1 to offer for sale part only of any items described in the Catalogue.
9.5.2 not to offer for sale any item described in the Catalogue
9.5.3 to keep secret the amount of the reserve price, if any, of an item.
9.5.4 to keep secret the existence of the item.
9.6 Payment and shipment
Some of the services on Bidvaluable online shopping auctions house are delivered

collectable items, etc.). For these types of items, sellers have right to decide a
shipping pricing factor.
9.6.1 The Buyer must pay the full amount within certain days after the auctions

9.6.2 The title for the Lot will not pass to the Buyer until Bidvaluable receives
the full payments in the cleared fund. Additionally, the Lot under any circumstance will
not be released without confirmation of the cleared fund received. This condition
applies if the Buyer wants to send Lot/Lots overseas or interstate.
9.6.3 The Buyer is responsible for any charges, bank fees applicable for the
transfer of funds into Bidvaluable’s account. Bidvaluable accepts different types of
transactions, including,
• Bank deposit and bank transfer
• Credit cards- Visa, Mastercard and American Express via website payment
• Online payments (such as Paypal, Apple pay, Google pay)
• Cheques are not accepted without prior approval either from personal, company or
bank cheques
Note that for all transactions over $5,000 AUD should be deposited or bank
transferred directly into Bidvaluable account.
9.7 After payment, Bidvaluable will generate order number, tracking number and other services. Buyer must provide receivers’ name, address, contact number before process the payment. For special items, buyer must provide correct information. For instance, buyer must provide driver license when you are successfully bidding a car. Order list will provide information for you to tracking all your orders.
9.8 You may need to provide a valid payment tool for payment processing.
9.9 Sellers are responsible for all shipping arrangements once the Buyer provides the shipping address.
9.10 Sellers will be charged 5% of seller’s premium, 3% bank transaction fee, GST and any applicable taxes.
9.11 Bidvaluable company does not handle or guarantee shipping, tracking, quality and condition of items or related delivery and shall not be responsible or liable for any damages or other problems resulting from shipping.
10.1 Bidvaluable reserves rights for user’s breach Bidvaluable Terms and Conditions. Bidvaluable reserves rights for determining if user’s account shall be warning, rejecting publishing, terminating activities, deleting illegal contents, etc. Bidvaluable has no responsibility for user’s account’s termination or other inconvenience if user breach Bidvaluable Terms and Conditions.
10.2 Users are responsible for all costs due to breach Terms and Conditions asking by other parties. Users who breach the terms and conditions results related costs for Bidvaluable, they have responsibility to pay any costs.

Sellers are required to meet the delivery time they specified when creating their products. Failing to do so will allow the Buyer to cancel the Order when an order is marked as late and may harm the Seller’s status. 12.1 Bidvaluable will sell the Lot on a GST exclusive base. The hammer price excludes any GST payable. Bidvaluable will invoice the Buyer for the hammer price, Buyer premium and GST applied. Bidvaluable will take account into the GST payable for the Seller on the hammer price recovered from the Buyer. The Seller has the responsibility to pay the GST to the ATO (the Australian Tax Office).
12.2 The Buyer must assess carefully if the tax credits input for any GST paid in addition to the hammer price will be available. To contact the Buyer’s accountant or lawyer for more inquiries is recommended.
12.3 A valid tax invoice will be provided to the Buyer if GST is assessable on the sale

17.2 We may use automated system that analyse your uploaded designs to help detect and prevent infringement or other illegal content.
